Premium Locally Raised Meat

We have 26 acres of forest and 15 acres of tree lines that provide shade for livestock and habitat for many species of birds and small game. Birds are vital to the success of our grazing operation because they help with fly and parasite control. 



Our pastures have not had any chemicals or commercial fertilizers applied since 2015. We practice high stock density, management intensive grazing.  We allow the cattle to graze a paddock and then we move them to a new paddock several times per day. This method builds our soil health rapidly as plants have time to recover before they are grazed again, while providing the cattle with a well-balanced diet. Each paddock has access to clean fresh water from our well.

Chickens

$4.10/lb - whole chickens

  • White Rock day old chicks are started our brooder area until they have all their feathers so they can go out onto the pasture.
  • We grow them for 56 days on pasture, non-GMO feed, and excess garden produce.
  • Part of the Chicken Farmer’s of Ontario Artisanal Program.
  • Moved daily, to a fresh area of pasture.
  • Frozen chickens are available all year round. If you are wanting fresh chickens, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you when they are processed.

100% Grassfed Beef

$6.50/lb (Quarters, half, or whole)

  • Includes butcher, cutting and wrapping.
  • Individual cuts available.
  • Cattle are finished at around 24 months of age.
  • We do not give our animals any hormones, steroids, or feed any antibiotics.
  • Fed high quality hay in winter months, during spring summer and fall months they are on rich diverse pastures.
  • We practice humane handling practices.

Pasture Raised Pork

$4.50/lb – whole or half orders

  • Our pigs are raised on non-GMO feed and are allowed into sections of our pasture to forage and root for bugs and worms.  They get fed our excess garden produce daily.
  • We raise them from weaners (50Lbs) for around 120 days. 
  • We do not give our animals any hormones, steroids, or feed any antibiotics.
